Given the bespoke nature of our micro-architecture paper goods, returns are exclusively reserved for verified manufacturing flaws. Evidence must be submitted to our Dallas office within 7 days of arrival. Signature metallic laminates and custom cotton commissions are final sale and non-refundable.
