PROCESSING
Orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Every package from House of Nyne is an architectural endeavor, requiring precision during the assembly of your selected artifacts.
DOMESTIC TRANSIT
We partner with curated carriers including FedEx and UPS to ensure safe arrival. Standard delivery typically spans 3–5 business days within the continental United States, prioritizing the structural integrity of our vellums and chrome finishes.
GLOBAL OUTREACH
For our international collectors, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery schedules and duties fluctuate based on the destination's locale. Please allow additional time for customs clearances in your respective region.
VALUATION & RATES
Shipping valuations are determined at checkout, reflecting the structural weight of your selection and its intended journey. We ensure transparent pricing that accounts for the specialized handling required for metallic substrates.
TRACEABILITY
Upon departure, a digital tracking identity will be transmitted via email. This allows you to observe the transit of your artifacts as they travel from our studio to your archive.
Returns & Exchanges
ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original archival packaging. We value the structural integrity of our paper goods; items showing wear, creases, or ink testing cannot be accepted.
TIME WINDOW
We offer a 7 day return window. Please initiate your return within 7 days of the delivery date. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to our studio within 7 days. Returns outside this window are eligible for boutique credit only.
PROCEDURE & EXCEPTIONS
To start a return, please email studio@nynehouse.com with your order number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and bespoke orders, embossed stationery, and final sale items are non-returnable.
